Joan Segerstrom, 2nd grade
I am happy for the opportunity to teach second grade. I have spent my years at LeGette in the upper grades, mainly sixth grade. I love teaching children of any age. I started my teaching career after college, in first grade, so it is nice to return to the primary. I’m excited to work with such an outstanding team.
I have a great husband, a fabulous daughter, two of the most extraordinary granddaughters, one sweet, fun and loving puppy, and two hunter jumpers. I love to draw and paint, and participate in outdoor activities with a special passion for jumping my thoroughbred. I share this love with Makena and her horse, Venus. Both girls are attending LeGette this year! I look forward to a wonderful year.
