Dennis Lauritzen, 3rd grade
I've been teaching since 1986. I started teaching in El Dorado County and have taught from 2nd grade to 5th and even did a month one summer with Kindergarten. For three years I taught half time in the computer lab at Mariemont School. As one of the two computer lab teachers I taught students from 1st grade through 6th.
I am married and my wife Valerie teaches in El Dorado County at the school where I began teaching. We have two daughters, our older daughter graduated from high school in 2004.
With my family, I enjoy outdoor sports including hiking, camping, whitewater rafting, kayaking, and skiing.
